Becky Cohen, MS, RDN
I completed my Master of Science in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition at Tufts University, completed my training at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and worked as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian at Boston Children’s Hospital. I bring a deep understanding of nutrition to the table- from the molecular level to what you put on your plate, and I will help you navigate your personal health & wellness goals with an evidenced based approach to life-long health and nutrition.
I spent the first part of my career in the social impact and sustainability space working with an organic infant food company. It was there that I became inspired by the impact nutrition has on health, and developed an interest in maternal and infant nutrition. My personal interests in nutrition vary widely and include women’s health and perinatal nutrition, chronic disease and diabetes, athletic and performance nutrition, plant based nutrition and sustainable diets, and more. I love to dig into the weeds of nutrition science and then zoom out to how it can be applied at an individual or population level. I aim to meet folks where they’re at, provide non-judgmental and evidence-based guidance, and help them achieve their goals of health and wellness.
I live in Boulder, CO with my husband, two kids, and our goldendoodle- Popcorn.
